What's New

  • Czech and French transcription language support — select either language explicitly in the language picker for more accurate transcription
  • Language-aware AI summaries — meeting briefs and action items are now generated in the language of the recording
  • Fork-safe release infrastructure — forks no longer accidentally connect to the official update channel

Internal

  • Preflight release script validates all prerequisites before publishing
  • Upload script derives target repo from git remote instead of hardcoding
  • Auto-updater gated by OFFICIAL_BUILD flag (defaults to off for forks)

Install

Windows: Download LifeDash-2.2.34-Setup.exe or LifeDash-2.2.34.7z below.

macOS (Apple Silicon): Homebrew is the recommended install method:

brew tap lab-51/lifedash && brew install --cask lifedash
Manual DMG install

Download the .dmg below, drag to Applications, then run once:

xattr -cr /Applications/lifedash.app

This is needed because LifeDash is not yet Apple-notarized. Homebrew handles this automatically.
