v0.2.4

Fixed a bug in Agilent MS1 experiments where output files were in the order of a sorted masslist instead of the order given, resulting in the titles of exported images being incorrect.

Added information to help find corrupt or empty mass files when MSIGen fails while trying to load them.

Removed some extraneous lines.
