Fixes an edge-to-edge display bug that affected the Scan, Generate, and History screens.

• Typed text not appearing in text fields until the keyboard was closed (Scan from gallery/manual entry, WiFi SSID/Password) — closes #2
• Flashlight and Gallery buttons on the Scan screen partially hidden behind the status bar
• "Scan History" title and "Clear" button on the History screen partially hidden behind the status bar
• Copy / Share / Scan Again buttons on the scan result sheet partially hidden behind the bottom navigation bar
