Irisin 4.2.6

Irisin 4.2.6 — a repository that offers a package for more than one
bootstrap is read whole.

• On roothide a suite repository's binary-iphoneos-arm64e and
  binary-iphoneos-arm64 directories are read as one catalogue, so a
  repository with a few packages built for roothide and the rest for
  rootless offers them all. A directory the server does not have as its
  Release lists it no longer takes the other down with it.
• Where one repository lists the same package for several
  architectures, each version keeps the build that fits the device
  best: its own, then all, then one that installs in compatibility
  mode. A build nothing here installs is listed only for a package with
  no other.
• A version built for the device is offered as the update ahead of a
  newer one that would install in compatibility mode, on the Updates
  page and in a list's update arrow alike, as the queue already picked
  it; the newer one is never an update with Compatibility Updates off.
  Selecting it by hand still recommends the older version built for the
  device.
• A package whose Architecture field names several is installable
  when one of them is the device's.

Irisin 4.2.5 — a package page's banner and footer, tidied.

• The handwriting on a package page's banner travels with the banner as
  a photo resizes it, and the photo fades in with no blurred copy of
  itself behind it.
• The architecture under a package page is plain text again. One the
  device does not run is no longer marked letter by letter in red; the
  line under it still says when the package installs in compatibility
  mode.

Irisin 4.2.3 — a translated package page is as tall as its text.

• A package page translated from its menu takes the height of what it
  now says. Compared, which puts the translation under each piece, used to
  keep the height of the page as written and cut the rest off.

Irisin 4.2.2

Irisin 4.2.2 — a better package is pointed out before it is queued.

• Before a package joins the queue, Irisin looks at what else your
  repositories offer under the same identifier. If the one you selected
  would be installed in compatibility mode and another is built for this
  system, or a newer version of it exists, an alert says so: Select
  Recommended opens that package's page, Install Anyway goes on as asked.
  A downgrade is not told about newer versions.
• A repository refresh holds each package index to the Release fetched
  beside it. A stale index a CDN serves next to a current Release is
  refused and another spelling of it is tried, so an update that was
  published is an update you are offered.
• A translation chosen from a package page's menu can always be cancelled,
  on a card whose Cancel is there to tap, and the package's name is
  translated with the page.
• Add All, over the sources read from the clipboard, a link or a file, and
  over Recommended Repositories in onboarding, adds every one not added yet.

Irisin 4.2.1

Irisin 4.2.1 — a package page that says when it is translating.

• With Auto Translate on, a line under a package's name says Translating…
  while the page is with the translator, then that the page is translated,
  or that it could not be. With it off, a translation chosen from the menu
  waits behind a progress alert that can cancel it.
• A package page no longer slides into place while it opens, and a long
  package name is shown whole, over as many lines as it needs.
• A package installed in compatibility mode stays at its version: a newer
  one that would have to be converted again is left out of Updates, the
  badge and an update of everything, until Compatibility Updates is turned
  on in Settings. Asked for by name it installs as before.

Irisin 4.2.0

Irisin 4.2.0 — a package page in your language.

• Auto Translate (Settings, off by default) shows a package page as it was
  written, then brings in the same page translated by the system's own
  translator. Text already in your language is left alone, and links and
  code are never changed. The switch turns on once the device has shown it
  can translate.
• A package page's menu has Translate: Original, Translated or Compared,
  which puts the translation under each piece, then the language to
  translate from and the one to translate to. Tab names are translated too,
  and a page opened again does not ask twice.
• A package page says the package's size after its version, and an
  architecture the device does not run is marked against the device's own,
  in red.
• Settings is arranged as Packages, Downloads, System and Support. Report
  Issue is under Support, beside View Logs.
• Irisin opens from a clean start every time: interface state saved by an
  earlier version is dropped before it can be restored.

Irisin 4.1.4

Irisin 4.1.4 — a package page's photo arrives without a jump.

• A package page resizes its header photo in an animation. A photo already
  downloaded is there when the page opens; one that has to be fetched comes
  in after the page has settled.
• A request that leaves the queue as it is offers Open Queue in place of a
  Confirm that did nothing, and a package page whose package is queued says
  Open Queue and goes there.
• On iPhone the Repositories tab shows what onboarding added the first time
  it is opened after a fresh install.
• On iPad the operation sheet keeps its size when the log opens.

Irisin 4.1.3

Irisin 4.1.3 — installed packages keep their icon, name and depiction.

• A package this app installed keeps the icon, the name, the depiction and
  its header image the repository gave it, in the Installed list and on its
  page. The Installed list sorts and searches by the name it shows.
• On iPad the package lists no longer draw a frame of tiny cells at launch.

Irisin 4.1.2

Irisin 4.1.2 — compatibility mode is patched before it installs.

• A queue with a package in compatibility mode shows Patch in place of
  Execute. Patch converts the packages once their downloads finish, and
  Execute appears after that.
• A package with no code in it, such as a theme, no longer brings the
  compatibility layer with it. If patching changes the queue, an alert says
  what was removed or added before you execute.
• The sheet that adds a package in compatibility mode says the queue may
  change when it is patched.
