fix: iOS image rendering + date field sorting

- iOS: Store thumbnails as ArrayBuffer in IndexedDB for WebKit reliability (fixes images below fold not loading)
- Date field: Add dateFieldUsed to cache, invalidate when user changes date field so sorting updates correctly
- extractDate: Add fallback to parse frontmatter from content when metadataCache not ready
