• trigger reconnect for connections which are kept alive by FEMS, but dont provide data updates
• ignore invalid backend values (typically received during FEMS runup) for total increasing channels
  • allow users to enable / disable this behavior (default: disabled)
• add user option to rate limit channel data updates (to reduce load and storage size)
• make config values upper limit valdation less strict
