Reader Margins 0.1.0 (MVP)

在 Obsidian 内置 PDF 阅读器的页边距上叠加批注卡片：

  • 高亮/下划线选中文本，页边生成可编辑、可拖动的批注卡片，虚线连接线指向原文
  • 卡片/弹出两种显示模式，自动避让排版，双击 grip 复位
  • 批注直接存储为 Markdown 笔记（每个 PDF 一个托管笔记），跨会话保留、随库同步、可搜索
  • 批注索引视图、删除撤销、多窗口乐观并发冲突保护
  • 桌面端专用，最低 Obsidian 1.12.0
