First release of suvtk, a tool for the submission of viral genomes to GenBank.

suvtk performs:

  • Taxonomic classification following ICTV guidelines
  • Feature annotation
  • Co-occurrence analysis for segmented viruses
  • Metadata collection according to MIUViG standards
  • GenBank submission file creation
