Documentation update for the lt_database connector identity and the general BlackICE resource library.

The HTTP API and write-behind behavior are unchanged. Guides use LtDatabase / LtDatabaseClient and the lt_database bundle folder.

Native archives include the API guides and reference client. SHA-256 checksums accompany the downloads.
The public image is ghcr.io/landminentester/lt-database-api:0.1.1.
