The database connector is now consistently named lt_database.

• Install under data/ugc/lt_database/.
• Use LtDatabase shared contracts and LtDatabaseClient.Db.
• Use lt-db-status, lt-db-health and lt-db-reload.
• Consumer helpers, shared source references and examples are updated together. Rebuild consumers when adopting this version.
