What's Changed

  • Updates to how species properties are joined to data to add more flexibility regarding species lists.
  • Changes to lpi_calc()
    • Removed the requirement for certain species properties in order to add flexibility. Warnings are still produced regarding "missing" variables but the function should no longer produce errors in those situations.
    • Changed how native species cover is calculated to prevent ever including non-plant records and records with non-vascular plants (e.g., "CY", "LC", and "VL") records.
