• Plan review opens again: proposing a plan no longer fails with VERIFIER_UNAVAILABLE, a regression in v0.15.1 (#657).

• Joined remote host headers gain a Refresh state button: a joined host re-reads its session state on the live socket behind a 5-second watchdog, and any other host redials, so a missed event or half-open socket no longer leaves the session list stale (#658).

• Dictation in the composer works on tabs owned by a joined remote instance again: transcription always runs in this app's main, where the microphone, the sttModel setting, and the provider credential live, instead of failing with channel stt:transcribe is not proxied (ADR-0034, #659).
