• Native sessions gained a fast-mode control in the Session HUD and composer options sheet, showing the enabled-vs-active split so a provider-declined fast mode reads as declined (#677).

• A native composer draft prefixed ! runs as a shell command — OMP's concurrent bash RPC with no model turn — in a new shell render item whose stop control sends abort_bash; resumed sessions show their shell history (#678).

• The composer shows a fast-mode toggle beside the model and thinking pills when the current model has a priority tier or the session already carries fast-mode state (#689).

• A native session gained a share control in the Session HUD, the command palette, and the transcript that runs omp's encrypted /share snapshot link; the command row linkifies its output and the first share per install opens a privacy dialog reading the effective share settings (#679).

• Every prompt in a live native transcript can rewind or edit-and-resend, and the session tree — opened from the HUD's tree control or the command palette — shows the whole lineage and jumps the leaf anywhere, optionally summarizing the turns left behind (#680).

• A session can pin omp's tool approval mode — always-ask, write, yolo, or inherit — on the config-overlay rail, and Allow tool: prompts now answer from a dedicated approval card instead of the generic dialog queue (#681).

• The Inspector rail grew a Side questions pane for omp's /btw exchanges: questions asked against the session's context that never enter the transcript, with history kept in omp's own btw-history/ files so it survives hibernation (#682).

• The Agents pane and the subagent view gained steer, kill, and revive controls over a generated bridge that replays Agent Hub's own ordering and refusals — a kill tombstones the row so its history stays readable, and a parked agent revives (#684).

• The Session HUD's advisor readout opens the roster panel, and the settings Advisors tab edits the project and global WATCHDOG.yml files that define it, with a restart affordance so saved changes take effect (#685).

• Native sessions can hold OMP's vibe mode: the session's model directs worker sessions through omp's own vibe_* tools over a per-lineage generated bridge, with a HUD chip, a palette command, and a worker roster in the Agents pane (#683).

• The advisor catalog now discovers WATCHDOG.md instruction files beside the WATCHDOG.yml pair, surfacing their text as shared instructions without parsing them as advisors (#691).

• A terminal session can share live as a Collab room through omp's /collab — full or view-only, with guest count, relay state, and a live chip on the tab; a branch or restart retires the links (#686).

• omp-ui registers host tools and the read-only omp-ui://plan scheme with omp's rpc-ui host, so a session can read back its own plan artifact and post a desktop notification, both answered by the main process (#688).
