New features

LArSoft/lardata#39
- Introduces getManyByRegexTag, a templated helper in lar::util that retrieves
  all art data products of a given type whose input tags match regex patterns.
- Each field of the supplied art::InputTag (label, instance, process) is treated
  as a std::regex; empty fields default to ".*" and match anything. Throws
  std::runtime_error if no matching products are found.
- This makes it straightforward to select products from multiple producers without
  enumerating them explicitly in the job configuration.

- Introduces the capability to read multiple SimChannel collections into the Backtracker using regex (via the getManyByRegexTag from LArSoft/lardata#39).
- This enables the Backtracker to process detector simulation files where wirecell products are organised per TPC

- This PR for larpandoracontent v05_06_00 provides updates to the Pandora repository github actions to align with the new organisation (PandoraPFAOrg). It also adds new tools for 3D hit creation. No default workflows are changed and so no product changes are expected.

Bug fixes

LArSoft/larreco#94
- Update PMA to guard against infs produced by invalid wire matches
- Addressing two issues, mainly:
  - The plane id of the start and end hits were previously incorrectly set, causing issues with matching hits on the same plane being quite often.
  - DUNESW v10's wire matching now produces infs when no match can be found within the wire segment boundary. This translates into a NAN downstream and crashes the code. New guards are setup to properly ignore theses hits.

- EventGenerator/Multipart: add -Wno-error=array-bounds for gcc@12.5.0+

Breaking changes
