Download only the self-contained zip — not “Source code (zip)”.

Extract All → COMPILE_SAMPLE.cmd → expect Hello from IWBasic!

Also try a small menu/statusbar sample. Known open issues: EB-BALLS early exit, invaders abort, smashout launch — still tracked.
