Patch Notes: Guild members show when they were last online

The Members page of the Guild tab now shows whether each member is online, the same way the Friends list does: a green dot while they're playing, and "Online" or "Last online 3 h ago" under their rank.
A member counts as online while they're in the world (within ten minutes of their last check-in), and the time keeps updating while the page is open.
