Maintenance release for Docker deployments.

Highlights:

  • Harden first-run installation with a Docker install token.
  • Disable SVG uploads and public delete links by default for new installs.
  • Trust forwarded IP headers only from configured trusted proxies.
  • Add optional Docker hotlink protection via EASYIMAGE_HOTLINK.
  • Refresh GitHub Actions for the main branch and Node 24 runtime.
