Fixes, cleaning, multithreading

Fixed some counting bugs
Made temp files better (using tempfile)
Made guihandler and downzip independant with threading to allow the UI to be used and not frozen while the program is running (or when inkscape is run)
Made naming user friendly
Cleaned up downzip
