Raven 2.3.11

Fixes sessions that stayed Untitled with a blank Summary after a call. Notes generation now streams at the model max so thinking cannot eat the whole reply, retries missing notes on boot, and keeps Notes on Haiku/Luna. Live assist is unchanged (full catalog and effort).

Existing 2.3.10 installs can update from Settings.
