Raven 2.3.9

Open-source BYOK desktop app for Windows and macOS. Publishing this release creates the GitHub update feed (latest.yml / latest-mac.yml) so installed copies stop failing with 'No published versions on GitHub'.

• Windows 10/11 (x64): Raven-Windows-2.3.9-Setup.exe
• macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon): Raven-Mac-2.3.9-Installer.dmg

Both builds are unsigned OSS installers. Windows SmartScreen may require More info → Run anyway. On Mac, drag Raven to Applications, then right-click → Open the first time (Gatekeeper). Intel Macs: build from source.

Enter your own API keys in Settings on first launch.
