Per-phase doc updates (mvp.md/architecture.md/public-api.md) were already carried during Phases 0-3; this just verifies completeness and flips PLAN-0006's status to Done so it accurately reflects the shipped work before Milestone 7 design starts. Marking Phase 4 and the overall plan Done leaves the documentation internally contradictory: this plan still says “Phase 4 (docs/cleanup) hasn't started yet” at line 678, while docs/architecture.md:869-874,1002-1003 and docs/public-api.md:361-365,396-398 still say Phase 3 testing and end-to-end verification are pending. Readers cannot reliably determine the milestone's shipped state, so update these stale passages as part of this cleanup before closing the plan.
