Summary

clamp light-helper drag elevation to the sidebar's 0-90 degree range
prevent dragging below the widget center from putting the light under the scene and flipping shadows

Validation

pnpm test && pnpm build
mobile Playwright smoke test dragging the light helper downward confirmed no negative elevation route is committed
