Added default values in config file.
Now u can start mod without serverside part. In this case u be able to use vanilla team prefixes.
No longer has server\client side. There is All in One jar.

• Added new vanilla tags support. Now u can setup "Use Vanilla Tags" = true, mod will use players team prefixes. This is a good combination where you can configure tags separately from the permissions plugin.
