New Connection Entrypoint

Changed the way the Database connection is handled, now support env and php file based configs

Whats changed?

Slight code rewrite.
File names have been changed Connection::activate() is now required instead of DbConfig::instantiate();
PhpWriter class has been removed
Array based config has been removed

This Script can be used as a standalone script or as part of another project
