• Replaced old replacements to new and modern Placeholders.
• Fixed moment, when you try to send message with one symbol.
• Replaced /sign-format to momental replace MM tags after place the sign
• Some fixes with mutes (new format. Usage: / <player_name> <time_number> <time_type>. More info when you type it.)
• Added restrict to use when player DO NOT have l-chat.full-format-use.

Also, this is latest LEGACY version.
