v2.6.0

Doctrine delivery fix + restored dispatch rules.

  • Restored briefing + anti-patterns operating rules (cut by the v2 razor on the refuted assumption the model applies them by default), with Cursor .mdc twins. Rules are project-local: clone the repo and Cursor auto-loads .cursor/rules/*.mdc + AGENTS.md; Claude Code reads the flat CLAUDE.md. Rules are not copied by the global installers.
  • CLAUDE.md is now a generated flat file: .claude/rules/*.md flattened by the new scripts/build-claude-md.sh — no @-imports, so doctrine is visible to non-import-aware consumers. New Tier 0 claude-flat-sync invariant in validate.sh gates drift.
  • install.ps1 fix: backtick-escape $HOME/$hd in the jq here-string — PowerShell was interpolating them, producing a broken jq program so hook-path rewriting never applied on Windows.
