Locked tune editor for Rims and Appearance upgrades
Works for all versions of FH6, some functionality may not be available for non-Gamepass users (tune folder/game version/personal tune detection). Tune folder location can still be selected manually.
Download EN.zip + gamedbRC_decrypted.sqlite and drag them into the tool settings.
