I'd like to add "Global Mode" to the homepage because sometimes I need to use "Global Mode" instead of "Rule Mode." I have over twenty rules (I think the rule set could be improved further so I wouldn't have to create so many rule sets), and if I have to turn them all off to use "Global Mode," it's just too much work.
