Recent update breaks word suggestions / text predictions

After updating to the latest version, a new book/dictionary icon appears above the top-left of the keyboard toolbar. When this icon is present, the word suggestion/prediction bar completely stops working and no word suggestions appear while typing.
Expected behavior..

Word suggestions should appear normally above the keyboard layout while typing, regardless of the new icon additions.

that icon showing when there is no dict loaded for the language, click that icon and download the dict , also what version where you update the app from

​I tapped the icon, and it brought me to the Dictionaries settings page (see screenshot below).
​As you can see, under Languages & Layouts, my active languages (English and Akan) only have the emoji packages loaded. There is no button or option here to download the actual word/text dictionaries for these languages.
​To answer your previous question, I updated the app directly from GitHub.

Download Dictionary from above link and add them. Akan only has emoji Dictionary btw

Bro I downloaded the dictionary for a long time just that words suggestion dont want to show up when typing begings. Check the attached files👇
