Updated Learning Dashboard application, in version 3.3
Solved Bugs and New Features

This is the first released Learning Dashboard application that is able to read and write information from a MongoDB database.
- It does that instead of using an Elasticsearch cluster.

It incorporates the refactoring of the Alerts and Prediction (or Forecasting) systems.

Moreover, it also incorporates Project and Student anonymization mechanisms, as well as other privacy improvements.

It eliminates all the functionalities related to Decisions and Quality Requirements.
