0.5.0 - `search` and `update`

Add 2 new commands

• search
• update

search command is here!

The different between search and dir is, as I've said it before, search will scan for .png in the folder and subfolders if any, while dir does not

update command is here!

Just my take on the update system. It's mean to be my experienced.
