The project now targets AI coding agents beyond Claude Code. Old GitHub URLs redirect automatically.

• --harness claude|codex|all (#16): codex installs the harness-neutral layers (AGENTS.md, rules, skills, hooks, memory) and wires the pre-commit gate as a real .git/hooks/pre-commit; all covers mixed teams. Claude Code remains the default and first-class target.
