Version 1.1 of the spring slider earthquake machine software brings enhanced GUI performance on machines of differing monitor resolutions and other user experience improvements.
- Installer now puts an icon on the desktop instead of a folder
- Graphs resize to fill the window while other UI elements are fixed in place
- Menu bars and other extraneous UI elements removed
- Application now exits cleanly (closing serial connections) when red X is clicked as well as EXIT
- Defaults to opening from and storing in the LabView Data directory instead of program directory
- Added version number to the front panel and installer
- Consistently rebrand as "spring slider" instead of "stick slip"
- Handle user cancellations of file dialogs cleanly
