v0.7.8
A rejected branch push no longer deletes a candidate's only copy of its work, and a horizontal rule in a card body no longer stops the bank from loading.
Fixed
- A rejected push keeps the session clone (#135, by @akramcodez). Closing an experiment session pushed the candidate branch to the workspace repository, printed any failure, and deleted the session folder anyway, so the candidate's commits were lost while the campaign carried on. The push now raises
SessionPushError, the clone stays on disk, and the message names thegit pushcommand that recovers the branch, to run before resuming the campaign. Every commit inclose_sessiongoes through one helper: an empty index is a confirmed no-op, and any other commit failure propagates instead of being read as "nothing to commit". Fixes #131. - A horizontal rule in a card body stays in the body (#137, by @SarthakB11). The card parser took the first
---line as the ledger delimiter, so a Markdown horizontal rule in a body split the card in the wrong place, and because the bank parses every card at load, one such card made the whole bank unloadable. The delimiter is now the last---above the closing fenced yaml ledger. Regression tests cover a rule followed by prose and a rule followed by a yaml example block; both fail on the previous code. Fixes #133.
Tests
- The suite is green on a bare checkout with nothing deselected. A KG integration suite that pointed at a stale config path, a Bedrock smoke script and a demo script are gone, the facade learn test no longer needs a local
.env, and CI runs the whole suite without deselects.
