Repository memory no longer loses sections on large repositories, and the test suite no longer fails on a fixed date.

Fixed

  • Repository memory updates merge instead of replacing the book (#136, by @akramcodez). The update prompt cut the previous memory at 20,000 characters and the model's answer replaced the whole book, so sections the model never saw or did not repeat disappeared once a repository's memory outgrew that size. The full previous memory now reaches the prompt, the model returns a patch — the sections it changed or added, plus an explicit removed_sections list — and every other section is carried over unchanged. A patch that removes a core section, names an unknown section, both removes and returns a section, or leaves out a section citing a file the experiment changed is rejected and goes through the existing repair loop. The diff summary also reaches the prompt in full. Fixes #132.

Tests

  • A date-bound test no longer fails as time passes (#138, by @Abhishek-B-R). test_code_freshness_rows stamped its "fresh" code card with a fixed date that aged past the 60-day replay limit on 2026-10-17; it now uses today's UTC date, the same clock the seeder reads.
