v2.15 + Collected bug/regression fixes

v2.15 Introduced native support for dynamic Go extensions (via Yaegi), and more robust/secure bootstrapping with built-in git/ssh libraries. v2.15.7 includes a variety of bug and regression fixes, some of which pre-date v2.15.
