1.1 release

1.1 stable release.
Requires Q3 assets (baseq3), that's it: Quake 3 Arena game installed, and BFP assets (modified original BFP files to run correctly) installed to play, later move bfpr.pk3 (QVMs), DLL or SO binaries inside bfpq3 directory.

EDIT: Fixed an incorrect commit and make GitHub workflows faster to download and put the builds in the releases.
