What's Changed

Fixed some bugs found from release 2.0.0 as well as a bug found from release 1.0.0 where mod errors were logged to the console and nowhere else. These now get logged in the tool logs with a warning message appearing on the console.

Full Change Log

• A new configuration property has been created on the Email section called "system".
• Additional email logging has been added to say if an email has been sent.
• Failed email logging has been updated to correctly display the email subject.
• CheckEmail now uses this configuration property to ensure system emails are only sent when triggered and not when the phrase is found in the server logs.
• Console logging now uses a middle ware to check if it has gone through Log4Net before it logs the message. If it hasn't then it puts it through.
• The server command text is now added by the LoggerService if the server is running and a message appears that isn't a command sent to the server.
• Tool now correctly uses the time zone specified in the configuration file during its calculation of timer duration.
