TOTP Manager v1.0.0

Stable v1.0 baseline of the current Windows WPF application before migration work begins.

Artifacts:

• TOTP-Manager-fast.zip: framework-dependent build for fast startup; requires the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime.
• TOTP-Manager-portable.zip: self-contained Windows x64 single-file build.
• TOTP.UI.WPF.exe, appcast.xml, and appcast.xml.signature: automatic-update payload and signed update metadata.

Verification:

• Full Release test suite passed (432/432).
• GitHub build, dependency audit, workflow lint, secret scan, and CodeQL checks passed.

Note: Windows Authenticode signing was skipped because the signing-certificate secrets are not configured. NetSparkle appcast signing completed successfully.
