Adds a button to sort by "date modified".
Filenames are automatically shortened to fit their containers. Long names no longer misalign the grid.
Jfif is now supported.

Updated pyvips version to 8.16, updated deprecated code. (Image.ANTIALIAS -> Image.Resampling.LANCZOS)
Fixed a bug where the "folder entry input field" would not clear properly.
Fixed a bug where excludesave would save an empty line to prefs.json each time it was closed while empty.
Fixed a bug where moving files could overwrite others with the same name in the destination folder.
Modified the behaviour of "images per page" input field. It is no longer prevented from clearing fully.
