v1.0.3 - Fix Version numbering

This release allows the program to be pinned as the topmost window and attempts some basic data validity checks (OT still unvalidated). As with the previous release, it will occasionally fail to grab valid data due to the behaviour of the game and manual verification is still required. It also fixes the version numbering and update prompt falsely informing the user there is a new update when they are already on the latest version of the program.
