Added features to make exploration more interesting:

• Loot adapted to the difficulty of the area with rebalanced loot
• Multiplayer loot with Lootr
• Ores spread relatively to the biomes to motivate players to search for new ones

Corrected Alex Cave config to allow Distant Horizon to work

Added VMod to avoid Valkyrien Skies log spamming on servers (ship with 0 mass deletion command helps a lot).
