• Installs and starts codexmarathon-accountd automatically with the modified Codex CLI.
• Adds an owner-only, versioned Unix-socket API for health, scheduler status, managed accounts, five-hour and weekly quota windows, exact reset times, and durable event replay.
• Adds the internal typed Rust client with health(), status(), accounts(), and events_since() calls, bounded framing, deadlines, protocol-version checks, and response-ID validation.
• Persists quota observations, scheduler jobs, and replayable events in private SQLite state without exposing account credentials.
