Alpha Release

Add Alpha 1.0 release assets to the publication repo

GeomText-pub carries the built distribution alongside the source, so
dist/ is tracked here even though it stays ignored upstream in
Text-to-DXF, where it is only ever build output.

Assets: the single-file GeomText.exe, its tester README, and a
screenshot of the running application.
