GeoShift 1.5.2: flagged language switch and compact window

Summary

• add an English/Russian language switch to the main window while keeping it in Settings
• show Apple-style country flag emoji in both selectors
• reduce the default window height so collapsed diagnostics no longer leave a large empty area
• retain the bounded, scrollable diagnostics panel when expanded
• centralize language-change handling so status text updates consistently
