Realm Java 10.19.0-agp9.3

Fix-forward release for the AGP 9.1.1 / Gradle 9.6.1 / Android API 37 line.

  • Preserves the Realm Java 10.19.0 local-database public API and Realm file compatibility.
  • Supports minSdk 21, SDK 37, NDK 29.0.14206865, and JDK 17.
  • Publishes arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, and x86_64 only.
  • Carries forward the RealmModule constructor consumer keep rule introduced in 10.19.0-agp9.2.
  • Excludes Atlas Device Sync/ObjectServer.
  • Repairs the clean protected-CI Maven dependency boundary; no Realm product/Core/API change from 10.19.0-agp9.2.
