NimbleRun v0.1.1 for Windows 10 22H2 / Windows 11 x64.

  • Release x64 build, LLVM-MinGW + Ninja, 33/33 CTest passed.
  • NFR-001 resource-budget gates (idle CPU, idle memory, visible-panel memory,
    cold/warm startup latency, filter latency, app-owned thread count,
    icons.cache size) are all measured and passing — see
    docs/release-evidence.md.
  • Still open, tracked in docs/roadmap.md:
    a full 72-hour soak, a clean GDI/USER/Handle leak-check run, and Windows 10
    validation.

Asset: NimbleRun-0.1.1-win-x64.zip — unzip and run NimbleRun.exe. No
installer, no admin rights, no network access.
