NimbleRun v0.1.2

NimbleRun v0.1.2 for Windows 10 22H2 / Windows 11 x64.

Release x64 build, LLVM-MinGW + Ninja, 33/33 CTest passed.

Changes since v0.1.1:

• Search: an initialism now ranks above a mid-word substring hit, so typing
  vsc puts Visual Studio Code at the top instead of tenth.
• Catalog: setup-generated uninstaller stubs (unins000.exe, uninst.exe)
  are filtered out of user folders — a recursive Program Files scan used to
  fill the query uni with them. The rule was also narrowed so real apps
  such as Uninstall Tool and UninstallView are no longer hidden.
• Fixes: undefined behavior in the cell tooltip's horizontal clamp, an
  out-of-range cell index in the context menu, an Alt+digit beep-swallow
  guard, live theme change now applied, and an icon-cache eviction fix.

NFR-001 resource-budget gates (idle CPU, idle memory, visible-panel memory,
cold/warm startup latency, filter latency, app-owned thread count,
icons.cache size) remain measured and passing — see
docs/release-evidence.md.

Still open, tracked in docs/roadmap.md:
a full 72-hour soak, a clean GDI/USER/Handle leak-check run, and Windows 10
validation.

installer, no admin rights, no network access.
