@Leo-Atienza Leo-Atienza released this 13 Sep 17:43

First public build. Pick a muscle, roll, and do what it says.

Twenty-five hand-built protocols — fourteen modern (CrossFit benchmarks and established hypertrophy methods) and eleven from the Golden Era — dealt at random against 691 muscle-tagged exercises. Every card carries the source its numbers came from.

The download

workout-randomizer.apk — 9.6 MB, Android 8.0 (API 26) and up, universal (arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86, x86_64).

Android will warn you, and it is right to

This release APK is signed with Android's debug key. That is deliberate rather than sloppy — it is built to be sideloaded onto one phone, so it needs a signature only in order to be installable, which means no keystore to create and no password to store. It would have to be re-signed with a real upload key before any store submission. It also means the signature proves nothing about where the file came from, so verify the hash above, or build it yourself from source.

Verified on an emulator, not yet on a physical device.

Offline, and structurally so

There is no INTERNET permission in the manifest. Nothing here can reach the network, phone home, or carry an ad, whatever it claims.

Safety

These protocols are deliberately hard, and high-volume unaccustomed work is where exertional rhabdomyolysis actually happens. The app caps requested intensity against a declared experience level, shows a first-run disclaimer naming that specific risk, and puts a bail-out line on every card: stop when your form breaks, not when it starts to hurt.

Not medical advice, and not written by a coach.

MIT licensed. The bundled exercises.json is Unlicense; the start-position photographs are deliberately not included, because their licence has never been answered upstream.
