🔧 Framework Fix (2026-03-29)

First successful dream cycle!

  • Initialized memory infrastructure: Created all missing files (index.json, dream-log.md, procedures.md, archive.md)
  • Simplified dream prompt: dream-prompt-lite.md rewritten to 1188 bytes for reliable cold-start
  • Slimmed SKILL.md: Removed overengineering, focused on practical execution
  • Increased timeout: 300s → 600s for complex first runs
  • 3-day scan range: Daily incremental runs process only recent unconsolidated logs
